Cooking Class Parties

Hands-on cooking parties provide an interactive and fun activity for celebrating birthdays and showers as well as an ideal way for business colleagues to bond outside of work.

With great music and festive drinks to set the mood, you and your guests recieve hands-on instruction to prepare recipes in the intimacy of your home or vacation rental. Guests then savor their creations,with our professional chefs on hand to serve them. The Chef will bring everything that’s needed for the party- even
wines to be paired with the menu.  Each event is custom-tailored to your specific size and budgeting needs, but here are a few sample menus:

The Alaskan 4-course Dinner

  • Pepper-Seared Local Scallops with Citrus Butter
  • Blackened Salmon Salad with balsamic-marinated onions, parmesan herb croutons and basiled Caesar
